I work with clients ranging from artists to corporate teams. Over multiple sessions, we engage in a personalized creative process brainstorm and develop a strategic plan. From there, we create actionable steps to bring vision to fruition. I ask questions that support clients to clarify their ideas, identify and prioritize their goals, and work within the constraints of real life.

I am a Professional Creative Coach certified through ICF (International Coaching Federation)

How did I become a

Somatic Creative Arts Coach?

I have been working with the body-mind connection and artistic expression in creative and competitive settings since my experience as an elite gymnast and artist in my youth.

Through honing my mind-body skillset I was able to experience the liberation of flying, the frustration of mental blocks, and the satisfaction of learning new expertise — whether in the gym, stage, or art studio.

I have worked as a professional circus artist, contemporary dancer, choreographer, and arts educator for the past 15 years. This has given me experience with all stages of the creative process, from finding the creative spark, to articulating a professional vision and mission.

I have extensive experience teaching diverse learner — youth ages 2-18 and collaboration with all kinds of adults.
